Frisky knows her derby, and conveys a ton of useful information in a manner that is clear and engaging. Much of it will be useful to you whether you've been skating two days or two years. She's also super honest about everything from injuries to how it feels to skate in your first bout. All in all, a fantastic read. Pick it up, strap on your skates, and play some roller derby.
